Special Education

Pleasant Grove ISD (PGISD) provides special education services to students who have been identified as having a disability according to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), as well as, an educational need for additional support. Students are provided a Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) in their Least Restrictive Environment (LRE). Services provided include:
- A variety of educational settings
- Speech Therapy services
- Occupational and Physical Therapy services
- Health/Medical services
- Vision services
- Orientation and Mobility services
- Counseling services
