  • NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
    The Board of Trustees of the Pleasant Grove Independent School District (“PGISD”) hereby serves notice that it will accept sealed bids for the surface only of the following real property and all improvements to the property:
    12.452 acres, more or less, of improved land in the J.S. Warsden Headright Survey, Abstract 743, and the H.D. Collins Headright Survey, Abstract 824, Bowie County, Texas at the southeast corner of the intersection of Pleasant Grove Road and Richmond Road, Texarkana, Texas 75503 (the “Property”).

    Interested parties may contact Matt Fry, Director of Operations at mfry@pgisd.net or 903-831-4086 to receive a Bid Package, which provides information concerning the property, inspections, disclosures, and other important information. The property will be conveyed subject to the exceptions and reservations contained in the Bid Package, including the reservation and exception that this is a conveyance of the surface only. PGISD reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formalities or irregularities, and to award any or all of the bid items in the best interest of PGISD.
