PGISD utilizes Eduphoria Help Desk for all technology, maintenance, and transportation requests. You should have received an email titled, “Welcome to Eduphoria”, which includes your login information. To submit a request, please use the link below to access the Eduphoria system specifically for PGISD.

• Log in with the temporary username and password (sent to you in an email).
• Answer and save the security questions and answers.
• Select Help Desk, select the category, and complete the form.

New employees will be contacted when their laptop is ready for pickup. Laptops are assigned to teaching staff as part of district-issued technology.
