1. Technology issue? How to submit a help desk ticket
PGISD utilizes Eduphoria Help Desk for all technology, maintenance, and transportation requests. You should have received an email titled, “Welcome to Eduphoria”, which includes your login information. To submit a request, please use the link below to access the Eduphoria system specifically for PGISD.
- Log in with the temporary username and password (sent to you in an email).
- Answer and save the security questions and answers.
- Select Help Desk, select the category, and complete the form.
2. Required district trainings for all employees
EDUHERO ONLINE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Eduhero is an online professional development platform. All trainings must be completed by September 30, 2025.

INFOSEC: CYBER SECURITY TRAINING
Cybersecurity training is provided by Infosec. All trainings must be completed by September 30, 2025.

3. Teacher laptops
New employees will be contacted when their laptop is ready for pickup. Laptops are assigned to teaching staff as part of district-issued technology.
- Login will be first initial and last name unless otherwise noted. Example: jdoe
- Password will be Gmail password.
Personal devices may NOT be connected to the wireless network with the exception of cell phones.
