Pleasant Grove ISD offers a comprehensive benefits program for all employees working 30 hours or more. The District provides $250 towards the health insurance options and each employee with a $10,000 life and accidental death and dismemberment policy. All other plans are optional and paid by the employee.
Important Notice: Form 1095-C Availability
The Paperwork Burden Reduction Act (PBRA) was signed into law by the United States
Congress on Dec. 23, 2024. The PBRA amends the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and
states that employers are no longer required to provide full-time employees a Form
1095-C Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage statement.
The forms are for your records only and are not included when submitting your federal
tax return. You may request a copy of Form 1095-C from the Finance Department.
Requests must be submitted in writing and may be emailed to payroll@pgisd.net.
