Physical Fitness Assessment 

Pleasant Grove ISD will conduct physical fitness assessment of students in grades 3-12 who are enrolled in Physical Education.  Parents may submit a written request to obtain the results of his or her child at the end of the school year. The request should be submitted to the campus principal.
